All the important Task is given by District Administration to HOD’s orally / telephonically / E-mail / Whatsapp / letter etc.
But District Administration is not having any monitoring system that when this Task is assigned or received by HODs and whether this given Task is Completed or not within Time Limit.
So that’s why we have started developing the mobile app Taskapp with approval of District Administration.This app is to designed to help District Administration for assigning various Task to all HODs of the district.
This task can be assign by District Administration on any subject wise, giving its timeline to concern HOD.
District Administration if feels that Task is given to wrong HOD, then he has the facility to Pull the Task from HOD’s dashboard.
HOD on his dashboard can see all the task assigned to him on his Dashboard.
After completing the Task he will update status of Task as Completed / Partially Completed / Pending.
If any Task is not related to him it can be return back, this facility is also given.
Reminder can be given by District Administration whose Time limit is over.
